Group Leadership and Facilitation Skills

This training is split into 5 modules:

• Key roles and skills of a group leader
• Event organisation
• Assisting the community before, during, and after a flood

By the end of this training you will have a comprehensive understanding of:

• The key roles and skills of a group leader
• How to run flood resilience events
• How to assist the community before, during and after a flood

You will become a 'Flood Resilience Champion', guiding your community and helping them to become better equipped to cope with flood events.

There are no pre-requisites for this training.
